Shipping & Returns Policy for Meg & Marie


  • Standard Shipping will be calculated based on total weight of the order at checkout.
  • Orders placed by 12 PM CST Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 PM CST will ship the next business day.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $75 (before taxes)
  • Shirt of the Month ships free (in separate checkout) with code SOTM
  • We ship via USPS
  • There will be THREE pickup options at checkout for local customers —
    • Local pickup - Lincoln - Tuesdays at 5:30 PM (Walgreens)
    • Local pickup - Lincoln - Thursdays at 6:15 PM (Walgreens)
    • Local pickup - Downs - Downs Mobile gas station on Tuesdays at 3:50 PM


We hope you love your items, but in the case that you're unhappy with something, we are here to help.  Here is our return information:

We accept returns for a full refund on items that are unwashed, unworn & returned within 14 days of delivery with the tags still attached. A store credit will be given for items received between 15-21 days. After 21 days, no returns will be accepted. 

All returns are processed within 2-3 business days. Refunds often take 5-7 business days beyond that to show up on your account (based on bank).

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

If an item is received and is damaged (i.e hole, snag, etc.) please send a photo to and we will right the situation.

CLEARANCE & FINAL SALE items are not eligible for returns.


It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at as soon as you can. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Meg & Marie is NOT responsible for:

  • Delays with shipping once we package and ship.

  • Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service will be responsible once we ship the packages.

  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
